Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
No Returns Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on purchased items. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Exchanges
While we do not accept returns, we are happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn, unused, and undamaged
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To request an exchange, please contact us at support@oddsupply.store with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested replacement item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item of equal value.
Exchange Shipping
Customers within the UAE are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us for exchange. We will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you within the UAE.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damage or defect when contacting us.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care and beauty products
- Perishable goods
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
Processing Time
Once we receive your item and confirm it meets the exchange criteria, we will process your exchange within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your replacement item has been shipped.
